FACILITIES

Ceramisphere Health currently operates from a 570m2 modern offices and laboratory facilities in Gladesville, close to the center of Sydney. The laboratory facilities include chemical laboratories for the production and characterisation of the silica nanoparticles and a bio-laboratory for in vitro biological characterisation of the nanoparticles.
The patches incorporating the silica nanoparticles are produced in Europe through our partnership with leading companies.
The current production scale for our encapsulated analgesic is around 1Kg/batch which can be rapidly expanded to a 100kg/batch scale using the know-how and equipment available at our manufacturing plant in Mt Kuringai.

ADVANCED DRUG DELIVERY

We are an Australian based drug delivery company focused on the development of our “zero-waste” transdermal patches for the delivery of analgesics with an emphasis on controlled drugs for pain-relief and for development of smart bioactive wound care products with minimal pain and scarring. We are seeking partners to help us progress our “zero-waste” nanocomposite patch technology through early clinical trials with a view to license the technology for specific therapeutic applications to patch or wound dressing manufacturers or pharmaceutical companies.
